When you are presented with a screen similar to what appears to the right, click on it's "Or you can add an exception..." link at the bottom of the screen.

Secure Connection Failed

ge7ea.secure.users-groups.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for Secure.Users-Groups.com

- This could be a problem with the server's configuration, or it could be someone trying to impersonate the server.
- If you have connected to this server successfully in the past, the error may be temporary, and you can try again later.

- Click on the "Confirm Security Exception" button near the bottom right hand side of the dialog box.
